About half an hour into Choices of the Heart Part II, MacNeill takes Christy out in the country where he gives the most passionate, incredible declaration of love that you could ever imagine. He tells her:

It's tragic when a woman takes hold of a man's soul and then leaves him. Simple things like breathing suddenly become complex. Even work doesn't help. The nights he can't sleep for thinking of her...Seeing her face when he closes his eyes. Hearing her voice on every breeze...

And if he could see her one more time -- he'd tell her how much he loved her -- and how he couldn't live without her for another day -- I know because it's how I feel about you.
