ChristyFest 2003
Policies and Rules for the Sponsorship Program
  1. All sponsorship requests are subject to the review and approval by the committee and the quantity of various levels of sponsorship may be limited at the ChristyFest™ 2003 Committee's discretion.
  2. Any Gold Sponsors who want materials included in the registration package must submit them by July 10, 2003. They should be shipped or delivered at the sponsor's expense to the designated location.
  3. The tickets for ChristyFest™ attendance given to sponsors are only for entry to the Festival and do not cover lodging, meals, transportation or any offsite entrance fees.
  4. All fees must be paid by check, cashier's check, or money order. We do not accept credit cards at this time. All returned checks are subject to service charges and penalties.
  5. A 50% deposit is required within ten days of signing up for a sponsorship and the balance is due within 30 days from that date. All money due must be received by ChristyFest™ within 30 days before the event itself. That means that all sponsorship deposits must be received before the sponsor's name will appear on the Web site and that the balance due must be received by July 15, 2003. Any sponsorships with unpaid balances after that date will be removed from the sponsor list and will not be entitled to tickets and other amenities.
  6. No refunds will be issued once a deposit is received.
